This involves land and Conveyancing transactions.

It includes preparation and registration of charges, mortgages, leases, transfers, discharge of charges, debentures, extension of leases, drafting of or interpretation of agreements/contracts and other Conveyancing documents etc.

Commercial Law:

This includes incorporation of Companies, winding up of Companies, registration of business names, drawing partnership deeds, trust deeds and joint venture agreements, registration of NGOs and Societies, preparation of all Contracts of commercial nature, security and security realizations etc.

Debt Collection:

This entails demanding monies and/or debts owed to our various clients and undertaking debt negotiations.

This service also compliments and supplements Court action against debtors.

Research and Provision of Legal Opinions:

This includes research on legal issues per Client’s individual requirements.

We also provide comprehensive Legal Opinions on Legal issues of concern to respective clients.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Arbitration and Mediation:

This includes pursuit of resolution of disputes through more friendly and harmonious means than litigation.

This is especially applicable where there is an apparent need and desire to maintain and/or restore healthy trading partnerships/ relationships.

Fredrick Ogamba Advocates, was founded in 2018 by Fredrick Ogamba.

The firm was founded to provide personalized high quality professional legal services as are likely to be consumed by individuals and organizations, both in public and private sectors, be they local or foreign.

Legal Fees and Indemnity Cover

LEGAL FEES

We charge fees in accordance with the Advocates (Remuneration) (Amendment) Order 2006.

We are however amenable to negotiating the quantum (amount) and terms of payment of our charges.

INDEMNITY COVER

Our Firm’s professional indemnity cover is with Madison Insurance Company Kenya Limited

We are ready, willing and able to enhance the cover limit in line with a client’s demand.
